Join me for a 45-minute candlelit sound meditation in a cozy, intimate space created for a true midweek reset.

We’ll begin with a brief guided meditation to help you settle into your body and transition out of the busyness of the day. From there, I’ll layer sound using both familiar instruments and new additions I’ve been weaving into the experience, expanding the depth, texture, and range of vibration in the room. The setting will be warm, softly lit, and intentionally intimate, a space to exhale, release tension, and recalibrate your nervous system. All genders are welcomed. Come solo or bring a friend. This is an easy, accessible way to care for yourself in the middle of the week.
