HARMONIA brings together guided meditation, sound healing, and live instrumentation featuring a cello, harp, and viola, performed by musicians from the Charlotte Symphony Orchestra. Led by sound healer Sofia Paloma, the experience invites you to slow down, settle into your body, and let the music and vibrations guide you into a deeper state of relaxation and presence.
